LETTERS FROM GUESTS
Marvellous Week in your Beautiful House
Date of arrival AUGUST 12 2017
Dear Michael & Suzanne,
We arrived home today following a marvellous week in your beautiful house and wanted to express our sincere thanks for allowing us to share your home. It is clearly a much loved family "treasure" and it was indeed a privilege to spend precious time with our family there. It is difficult to find the words to express how we felt "at home" from the minute we stepped into the hallway - exploring every room , each with its own charm, was a delight.
But we cannot overlook the outside space ! Our five grandchildren would disappear whilst we were getting ready for the day ahead and again once we returned ....but the shrieks of laughter emanating from the trampoline always reassured us that they were having fun. The tennis court was another source of enjoyment together with the nooks and crannies we discovered around the lovely garden. We were fortunate to have seven days of sunshine with merely a few showers to remind us that we were in fact in England, not holidaying in a villa in the South of France. Utter bliss.
So, once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It was truly serendipitous to have found this gem whilst searching the internet all those months ago and all things being equal, we would love to have the opportunity to visit The Lynches again next summer.

We had one of the happiest holidays we could ever remember - filled with many shared memories. The Lynches was far beyond our expectations, we loved everything about it. Perfect for all the different ages in our family, an amazing kitchen(we cooked in all the time!) with lovely evening dinners outside on the terrace with that glorious view. The tennis court and trampoline was great for the children and the garden is just breathtaking.
Jules, the Housekeeper, was so helpful and kind, rushing over on a Sunday when the power went out to quickly flip the fuse switch. All in all, it felt like home and we were very sad to have to leave. We all hope to be able to return again one of these years, there is just so much to explore in the surrounding area, we have only scratched the surface. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
stayed at The Lynches over Christmas 2012 and found it to be a warm and
comfortable family house. We felt relaxed and happy and enjoyed the
beautiful views and walks in the area. True to the description, the
kitchen was a cook's delight. The house was a stimulating environment
with an array of art and literature in all of the rooms. We have no
hesitation in recommending The Lynches as an ideal choice for theperfect country get away.

We had a fantastic holiday. The house, the area and even the weather
were all perfect! The children had a fantastic time on the trampoline.
With best wishes
Dear Michael and Suzy
Happy new year to you both.
Christmas was fantastic ! The house was wonderful. Everything about it was Just perfect !!!
The kitchen is a cooks dream, the living room with the wonderful fire,
the views, the garden... I could go on and on. !!! We spent most of our
time taking long coastal walks, cooking and eating lots !! With
evenings by the fire playing games. Everyone had such great time.
Thank you. We had a couple of accidents !!! 1 short glass tumbler. And
1 Bistro wine glass. Both from above the sink in the kitchen. Kind
loved the house and had a wonderful week there. The weather didn't stop
us getting out and about and Thursday was a beautiful day. We visited
Abbotsbury and saw the baby swans hatching and another day we went to
the Riverside Restaurant at Bridport. We used the tennis court and
played boules. Christine was very helpful and the heating was fine
after she spoke to you. We did use the telephone for a few calls. We
will certainly recommend your home to our friends, and would love to go
there again ourselves one day. Kind regards Gill Gordon Dear Michael,

Hi Michael & Suzanne,
wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our weekend at your lovely
house. It was bigger than we expected from the website pictures, we
were quite in awe when we arrived up the drive on Thursday, on entering
we found it warm, homely and inviting.
facilities were great, we had the fire going all weekend, the beds are
really comfortable and the kitchen amazing. I thought you might like to
know that we did manage to cook a fantastic roast beef dinner for 10 on
Saturday night despite our minor hitch with the AGA! (I want one now!)
And we were also blessed with perfect weather for walking, both along
the coastal paths and back from the pub, it really couldn't have been
